I am a Hindu. I have been married since 15 years now and I have 2 sons. I moved to my fathers home after my severe illness for which my husband did not even pay. My in laws are selling off the properties they own, I have been living with my family in delhi now because of continuous disputes. My husband haven't paid me a single penny since more than 1 year now. The issue is with my mother in law who doesn't even want me there and we don't even talk but my kids school starts soon. so they are moving me to a rented space, should I go?
Your husband is duty bound to maintain you and your children also. If the rent in the rented accommodation is to be taken care by your husband then you can move otherwise there is no point of moving to that place. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
