Marital issues with husband since 4years

I am married for 4 years and I have faced mental harassment from my husband regarding salary, dowry and money from my parents.Somehow I lived with patience and last year I have delivered with a baby boy and he mishandled the baby when the baby is just a month old thereby again we developed marital issues and we denied his entry to our house and denied his visit for my kid. What could be the probable solution for this problem

hi you could file petition for domestic violence in the court seeling compensation and other allowances and could seek divorce also the grounds of cruelty mental and physical and could file for child custody
