Managing Complications: Court Marriage, Parental Opposition.

24-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
After facing opposition from the girl's parents for 4 years, we opted for a court marriage. An FIR lodged against me was dismissed due to her supportive statement. Post-court marriage, her parents now want to save their reputation and requested her return for a traditional wedding in 15 days. I fear they may use legal, hidden plans or emotional tactics to alter our marital status.nThey've also assured us in writing that they'll conduct our wedding within 15 days. What do you think?

Well, time will only tell, what will happen. You are right on your part, that, they may use tactics to separate the two of you. If they are illiterate, they may go the extent of Honour killing also. Hence, you need to think 1000 times before going with your wife to get traditionally married.
