Major girl wants to live with my family how to proceed legally with it

The girl i love has a very bad family and she doesnt want to stay at her home anymore. My parents have agreed for her to join our family anytime she wants. She is 19 years old and i am 20 years old. What would be the problems we might have to face if she joins our family leaving her family behind without their permission. And what steps we might have to take to avoid those problems. What problems might we have to go through if her parents register a complaint against us to the police.
I think, if your parents permit you, you may marry with her because both of them major. She is freely consented to stay with you, it is only the moral question rather than legal, she may justify before police or court or their family members.
