1.IN THIS LAW FATHER CAN'T DESERVE MAINTANCE & WELFACRE AMOUNT BY HIS SON.
2. CAN WE FILE A CASE FROM ANOTHER STATE BECASUE SON DIN'T TAKE CARE OF ME AT MY HOUSE THAT'S WHY I LIVE ANOTHER STATE WITH MY ANOTHER SON.
3. CAN I evacuated MY HOUSE FROM MY SON. FILE A CASE MAINTINANCE & WELFACRE ACT 2007 FROM ANOTHER STATE. THIS ORDER IS VALID FOR ANOTHER STATE. AND CAN THEY FOLLOW THIS ORDER
Yes u can file a case from another state giving reasons of safety and threat from ur son. U can file an mandatory injuction application asking the court to throw ur son out from the premises /house. U can claim maintenance also from him. Contqct me for any help
