Maintenance charges from husband, in case Husband got married

Husband married another lady now they have one child. He is telling that he is not married. I have all documents such as married photo, Aaadhar card of present wife and child. The same documents gave to my lawyers. But he is not producing before judge. In this case what have to do.

Husband has to pay you the maintenance irrespective of his second marriage. There are citations on this aspect. Ask your lawyer to file the maintenance petition on your behalf against your husband. If he is not responding to your requirement, ask the reason. if you find your advocate is not that competent, change your counsel.

Your lawyer know what to do and what not do in your case better than any one else. Because he studied whole story. He may produce at appropriate time. By merely producing xerox copy of Aadhaar will not serve the purpose. What is the object of your case?

Hi, Did you ask your advocate why he is not filing it in the court. Generally the same has to be filed at appropriate time and stage of the case. If you think he is not then you can make a mention or you can change your counsel if not helping you. Call us through website for assistance
