Maintainance under 125 crpc (me 21 yrs male ,one sister 24 and mther44

In 2013 my father stopped giving money to us ,we file petition under 125 in 2013 ,from that time petition is still pending in 2019 I am disabled and 21 yrs old need surgery money was given by my father ,but I am 21 yrs old can this situation affects case of my mother (44) and sister(24) .
No, it won’t affect your any case. You canalso file domestic violence case against your father, and get maintenance and protection order from magistrate court. It is father’s liability to maintain wife if she us not earning

No problem your mother and sister case will not be affected because it is a duty of your father to take care of all family members even a unmarried daughter can claim maintenance from the father and no problem with the mother and sister case and other important things that you are not party in that case when you are disabled so also have rights to get monthly maintenance for your father
