Aapke padosi ke dwara aise ashlil vyavhar aur gaali-galauj karna dandaniye apradh hai. Aap turant apni Dadi ji ke bayan likhit mein lekar nikat ki police chowki mein shikayat darj karein. Aap IPC ki dhara 294 (ashlil harkatein), 509 (mahila ki garima ko thes pahunchana) aur agar sharab pekar pareshan karte hain to dhara 504, 506 (dhmakiyan) ke tehet FIR darj kara sakte hain. Aap mahila helpline 1091 par bhi madad mang sakte hain. Aap CCTV ya koi gawah ho to uska saboot jodna na bhoolen. Yadi police karwai na kare to magistrate court mein application dekar FIR darj karne ki maang kar sakte hain.

if he engages in such conduct again, you should immediately contact the police. It is advisable to record such incidents, where possible, to preserve evidence. You may proceed to the nearest police station to file a First Information Report (FIR) under the relevant sections of law. In the event that the police refuse to register the FIR, you are entitled to escalate the matter by approaching the Superintendent of Police (SP) of your district.
