I wanted to inquire if someone receives a appearance letter from mahila aarakshan but he isn’t able to give a visit due to no leaves and he is out of country.then what can be done

There is no provision of any punishment that on failure for not honouring the Notice of Womens Commission however, to be at safer side you can send to your representative or Advocate to represent you and give justification about your difficulty. the worst can be happen that police complaint may Lodge against you which may further create a problem.
