29-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
I myself Badika (girl) belongs to Hindu religion loves a guy Aditya (boy) from same religion Same caste (Hindu and Marwari) . So we mutually decide not to marry now as Aditya's elder brother is not married still so we are waiting for his brother to get married after that we decided to get married. So in this case my Badika's parents are forcing us to get married as soon as possible they don't want to keep me in the house. So what should I do.

Hi Badika.. The issue which u r facing now, it's not a problem.. As far as Marriage is concerned, it's totally your own decision, whom to marry and when to marry.. Nobody can force you on this.. If you are not ready yet for getting married, tell your parents about the same.. They cannot force you to get married if you are not ready..

do legal marriage first. you can do social marriage whenever you both are able to do so. there is no problem and also society will not know the marriage of you and she will be your legally married wife. after her brother's marriage you can do social marriage
