Based on the scenario you've described, here are some legal considerations: Legal Age for Marriage: If you are in a jurisdiction where the legal age for marriage is 18 or older, the individual in question can legally marry without parental consent once they reach this age. This means that if the person is 18, they can legally make their own decision regarding marriage. Parental Consent: While parental consent is not legally required once the person reaches the age of majority (18 in most places), it is often advisable to seek family support for a smoother personal relationship. However, legally, their disapproval cannot prevent the marriage.
