One of the tenants has not paid rent for six months, totaling around Rs 50,000. We have a rental agreement in place, but now the tenant is not responding to my calls. Additionally, the tenant provided me with signed blank cheques. Could you please advise me on how to proceed.

u can mention the amount due to u on the cheque n deposit into the court is the cheque gets bounces u need to go accordingly with Cheque bounce case then u need to send him legally notice aft that u can directly file case in the court on bases of cheque bounce and at the same time u can file civil recovery suit
