Looking for Postnuptial agreement

Hi,
My name is Sri. We got married in 2007 in Chennai, India. For the last few years we are living in US. Both of us are NRI's.
We would like to get a Postnup. Pls let us know how to proceed.

Postnuptial agreements are not valid according to law, however you could you use them in court and substantiate that you both have mutual agreed under that covenant and decided to get apart from each other.
