Living separately and husband planned to fly US without info

Myself and husband living Separately for more than 2 years after a police complaint in my 7th month of pregnancy. Complaint as husband beating me. Now he has got Visa to US and going next month. I got information through his frnd. He is not at all supporting me financially for last three years. Now also planned to go without any info. Am his second wife. First wife filed dv and divorced. What can I do to stop my husband? I am taking care of my 2yr old son. Am working and getting 40k. Am taking care of my parents, my loans and my kid.

if you want to live with your husband then you can file for restitution if conjugal rights in the court and they will ask you to go for counseling then you can decide whether to live or file divorce against him since you have a child he has to provide you maintenance

I request you to immediately file a domestic violence case for ill treatment and the file a divorce case and seek maintenance under 125crpc. Thereafter you can seek legal remedy for a lot but omitting him to get out of the country
