Live in relationship without divorce

I am fighting my matrimonial cases (DV, 498A, Execution, Crpc 125) for more than 7 years. Can I go for live in relationship with a widow woman without facing any legal problems ?

Hi..!! Legally you cannot live with another women if your matrimonial matters are pending. If you will do so then that will be considered as adultery and/or cruelty on your wife and if she find out this and gets this before court she will take a lead on all the cases.

See, there is no specific law in India regarding the live in relationships but it is the discretion of court. Secondly if you are already engaged in matrimonial cases it may can go against you in those matters. In your case the only favourable thing is time i.e., 7 years.
