Like to visit my son need to file visiting rights similarly why can't a law or court allow men or women for biological needs permission officially who ever needs after their partner desert as biological needs are important for health of an individual and it should be considered as well as a basic need .If no such law can i seek special permission though writ or PIL as it involved large section of people
what biological needs are you referring to here ?
what case has been decided ? is this with reference to a child custody case ? if yes. then yes you can file an application for visitation rights and fight for your right to visit your child.

Now, there are multiple judgements wherein the court has recognised that every citizen is at liberty to lead their life in the way they want but within the preview of law of the land. The Constitution of India also grants such right to every citizen. You must also know that adultery which was an offence earlier has also been repealed by the Hon’ble apex court.
