Legally disowning parents in India

Is it possible to disown my mother and father in India.I know if I turn 18,Im legally free to do whatever I want but that doesn't workout in my family as they are toxic.Im 17 right now and as soon as I turn 18 I want to legally disown my family members and lead my own life.I have no issues with property inheritance.I don't want to inherit anything I just want to have my own life.So is it possible to get diswoned legally in India and if so what are the procedures and how long would it take?

there is no procedure to abandon parents in India more than that Indian laws provide that every children should give maintenance to their parents at if you are not liking your parents you can bhaiya between both of you but it is only morally valid not legally valid the parents relationship children is the property of the parent will develop to the children bill on some others name no problem in 8 but are not any writing any will then the property share will come to you as one of its children the legal position you cannot say that you cannot maintain your parents it is the duty as provided by the law they can go to the court and ask for maintenance this is the procedure
