Legal way to left home for marriage

Girl(24 age) and boy(27 age) both want to marry. Girl family opposing. If girl want to come to boy home what is the legal way should use to left her home and come to boy home for marriage, so that boy will not face any wrong aligation from girl's family? How boy prevent girls family to register wrong complain against him?

Since both are majoṛ you have right to marry as per your own choice. Simply get married by engaging an advocate who would make arrangement for your marriage. You would get marriage certificate which you can show to any person or authority or police having any grievance in respect of your marriage. In order to avoid any confrontation with girl's family you may intimate the local police as well as DCP concerned regarding your marriage and submit marriage certificate and proof. If girl's family is very much powerful and influential and there is life threat to any of you or boy's family, you may even get protection order from High Court.
