Legal validity of marriage done when the boy is 20 years old

Please help me...My marrage is fix..but iam only a 20 age boy...my girl was 19 year old...but some family problem my marrage is fixed...how can i marry him..I am intersted to marry her but..the law state that the age must be 21
Your age must be 21 years, as you are saying your marriage is fixed then you can postpone the date of your marriage, instead of getting in trouble for future it would be better for you to waitvand let you become 21 yrs old

As per The prohibition of Child Marriage Act a girl in India can't marry before 18 and boy can't marry before completing 21 years of age. Parents, the boy, and guests can be arrested and fined and jailed for this offence and marriage will not be recognised at law. It’s advisable to wait till u attain the required age of 21 years

You are correct that the age for marriage of a boy is 21 and that of a girl is 18. And if you enter into this marriage it would become a voidable marriage. However, it would not be considered as an offence. So if you like this girl and want to marry her, you can do so. But the marriage can be registered only when you attain the proper age.
