you must immediately visit a lawyer and file a maintenance case against your husband to acquire maintenance for yourself and your daughter and as you are stating the amount he sending is insufficient, you need to get hold of his salary certificate for the court to provide you a better maintenance order

You should file a case for alimony for yourself and your child. If it is not possible to continue a conjugal life with your husband you can also file a case seeking a decree for divorce. For further details you should consult an advocate by person.

Your husband is a canny person. If he does not want to live together and does not take care about you and your daughter then file a case against your husband before the proper Court and get monthly maintenance first then divorce, if you want and lastly can remarriage.
