Dear Madam You can file partition suit claiming your share legally from the properties left by your father . Yourself and your mother get half share each if there are no other siblings. It is better to file suit as early as possible as it will take 2-3years time .

Madam, where there is no provision for legally separate from your mother. if you want separate then separate from your mother, nobodies stop you. only thing is that the senior citizen or parents are better to take care by son or daughter. It is morel bound, and also legal bound that must be maintain by giving maintenance to the parents. for further details contact me.
