Legal Rights of Grandmother and Visting rights

My Daughter expired. Grandson and son I law shifted my residence and stayed 7 yrr and all basic needs provided without any payment.Now he remarried and taken my grandson without intimation and put in stepmother. Now he not sending my house and not allowed to contact.what is my legal rights

hi madam you could file petition for custody of the child in concerned court and also could apply for visitation rights in concerned court and that you could say that as he is remarried you are eligible for custody and visitation rights
