Legal Remedy in case uncle harasses mother and sister unnecessarily

Dear all, Me n my dad lives away from family in gujrat. My sis n mom lives in Indore in 1st floor beside with my uncle aunty.. n downstairs onr more Uncle n my grandmother. They used to threat them several times by stopping my sis to not enter home when my mom was also away from there and doing very bad things like shouting n saying bad words like she is drinking smoking n all on road ..2nd time my sis had some words with my aunty she tried to come over n hit her then my other uncle came n hit her.. that time police came but no action this time i was managing with my family to leave this home n go separately in peice but instead of talking they shouted n try to hit me my father.. in case i also did same police came but no action they are in favour of them because grandmother is 72 years.. so now what to do if they overcome again. thanks..

Come & meet in our office. Is that house is ancestral property. If yes do come with complete docs. So that treatment of your uncle & their family can be done. .

First you send a simple report to S P of your district along with acknowledge ment . If the sp has not take any action with in 15 days you may move to complaint under section 200 of criminal procedures code before judicial magistrate of particular district

You should again go to the police and if police does not take action then apply to magistrate under s. 156 crpc to issue directions to the police. Your mother and sister should also file an application under Domestic Violence Act against your uncles and aunties.
