Legal remedy in case Parents not allowing to get married

i am 23 years of age and she is 21 yr of age. her family is against our affair. we are ready to get register marriage with my parents support. but they are not allowing her to go out for any purposes , not also to work. they are torturing and emotionlally black mailing like they will die or they will hate her at all possible ways and all. so how can i get her without any police or law cases against us

You can approach the Hon.High Court concerned with writ of habeous coupus stating all the facts. If your lover deposed in your favor, before the High Court, then you will get proper directions or orders from the Court..

Hai, File an online application at kerala registration site unde the Special Marriage Act. Wait for 30 days. they will also give u a suitable time after the 30 day time for marriage. Somehow get her out from home to the registration office in the presence of witnesses. Marry her and live peacefully without any cases. Hope am upto ur query

If she is kept in illegal custody, you may approach the High Court through a Writ Petition in the capacity of the Best Friend..
