Com hons, my parents have enough money to pay for my education but still they don't want me to study further and continuously threatening me for my murder just because I want to study)
You can approach the State commission for women or National commission and raise your complaint there.
And also you can go to the nearest Police station and lodge a complaint if you feel there are any serious threats to your life

Dear Mam,
First of all I would like to suggest that you should talk with your family members, ie father and mother about your future aim and studies. BUT if still if not convinced then you can proceed against them as per DV Act and may consult a good lawyer for the purpose.
