Legal remedy if husband denying to pay expenses

My husband is denying to pay household & child school expenses from last five months. I am not working currently & unable to bear all the expenses.What should i do for this matter.pls advice

In such case file maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c along with domestic violence... that will certainly help you out... both are of different but u can get maintenance from either court n opt to get the maintenance from the court which gives max one. For any further enquiry plz contact

Please approach the court for maintenance....I have done a lot of such cases, maintenance will be fixed immediately on monthly basis for the wife and for the child both. Since you are not working, court will fix maintenance accordingly
In case the husband still does not pay despite the court order, he will be dealt with very strictly by the court.

You should file application for maintenance under section 125 of code of criminal procedure before the family court. You have to state in the said application about of the income of your husband, so that court can award the maintenance.
