Legal remedies against brother for harassing his mother

My father had to transfer our family home to my brothers name due to some issue My father passed away 10 years back...but my brother and his wife had been extremely abusive to my mother. She goes through mental harrasment every day. We are Hindu. Both me and my sister are married and lately when we come to visit our mother ...the harrasment harassment has been extended to us also now. What legal steps I can take.
THER ARE MANY STEPS . IF YOUR MOTHER WILLING THAN AT FIRST SHE HAD TO LAUGE A POLICE COMPLAINANT IN THE LOCAL PS THAN BASED ON THAT MAKE APPLICATION TO DISTRICT JUDGE. ALTERNATIVELE SHE HAVE TO FILE CASE UNDER DOMESTIC VIOLANCE AGAINST HER ELDER SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW

If you mother and you is being tortured by her daughter in law then go and file a police complaint against her daughter in law before the local police station and then if the torture does not stop then ask your mother to file a domestic violence in the name of her daughter in law before the Magistrate.
