Legal hire and adoption of new baby from brother's wife

27-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My younger brother who was of 36 years old passed due to Covid-19 last month. He was married and her spouse is pregnant and going to give birth to child in month of June. She is 27 years old. As she is too young to spend her whole life alone her parents are planning to get her re-married. Due to this scenarios she has initiated discussions to hand over her baby to us. I am the oldest daughter of my family and married. All the insurance money and other benefits of her husband will be directly transferred to her. We are also having parental property in my native place. As discussions of adoption for baby initiated now is there any legal way we can but the baby as nominee and when the child grow-up he have the legal access to his/her ancestral house. Also some portion of his father's insurance which is being paid by his employer. Currently his wife is 100% beneficiary of the benefits. Kindly review my query and provide some solution or guidance ASAP.

Dear Mam First of all, sorry to hear this tragic news. With respect to your query, she is entitled for all the money but only if resides with family. Within 1 month of death, if there is a question of remarriage then she doesnt deserve and legally van be barred You may contact me to discuss in this regard Regards
