Legal heirship after father demise and death certificate correction

My father died and his name and surname doesn't match with mine in his adhaar card and pan card.... Gazzated surname change of mine will work . Mine surname is leshwant Bijapur and father's as Leshappa vijapure

Hello you have to file affidavit stating that the name spellings of father are different but identity of him is same and accordingly file legal heirship application before civil court to obtain it. Please annexe these documents with application
