Is the Family certificate is enough to n1. transfer funds from the demise bank account to the spouse account. n(note: Nominee Name is missing)n2. Also can it is be used to sell property.nnReally appreciate your help and response.

hi for transferring fumds or to withdraw the amount from the bank family member certificate is enough but for selling the property legal heir certificate is required and the same may be obtained by filing in court
