It is good that your name was not omitted in the legal heirship certificate. You are entitled to a share in your father's movable and immovable properties equally with other legal heirs unless there is a Will that says otherwise. You can send legal notice to other legal heirs through a lawyer asking them to divide the properties and give your share in the same.

The fastest way is to send legal notice through a lawyer to other legal heirs regarding sharing of movable and immovable properties of your father equally, in the absence of Will. And subsequently if issues are not settled among legal heirs then you can file a civil case for partition of properties. This will solve your problem.
