If wife is from one district and husband from another district of the same state and husband is dead..from which district the legal heir certificate is issued And what is the difference between legal heir and succession certificate

dear client as per your query since your husband is no more and you are his legal heirs then if and movable property is there or immovable then according to it you need to make certificate you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...
