Legal consequences if wanted to marry a girl having the same surname

I'm in love with a girl having same surname as mine....but we don't know each other before we met.....will there be any problem for our marriage???

Hi Both of you are free to marry if both of you not have common ancestors. Common ancestors mean both your great grandfathers should not be brothers. Likewise both your grand fathers should not be brothers

Hi, Their will be no problem with same surname until you both are major and no problem with both of the family are ready. If you both are major then family also doesn't matter you can get married by customs or before registrar as registration marriage. Call us through website for assistance
