Legal Advise for Marriage Problems

I need some clarification, which I'm facing currently. I got married 4 years before as per Hindu Law. We both intercast, while marriage my wife informed me, she wanted to work few years for solve her family financial support including her marriage loans(7L) etc.
Now 4 years gone we have 2 years daughter & my wife earning 90K per month, still she is working & loans(15L) are doubled, spent all salary money to her Families, sister & bother marriages.
We are getting so many problems between me, my wife & both families, because of above reasons. My wife went to her parents house along with my Daughter.
I have below question:
1. I don’t want her to work, because her loans will be be complete on 2026 & aother reason she is telling me taking care of her parents for life long due to her brother is not earning that much money.
2. My Wife is fully controlled by My mother-in-law & she is threatening her.
2. Is there any way to get my Daughter in custody of mine ?
You cannot stop your wife from working. You cannot stop your wife from interacting with her own mother. You daughter is just 2 years old and you cannot get full custody unless there is threat to her life due to her mother. If your wife is not willing to join you then you can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
