Legal advice to bring my daughter and wife back home

My wife if frequently going to inlaws place which is 400kms away from my city. Recently my mother in law and his nephew visited our house and requested to send my wife and daughter along with them for 10 days. Now it's been 12 days but when I called them they are saying they will send her back after few days. Kindly advise what should I do now. It's been 12 days I have not seen my daughter because my wife blocked me on her what's app.

Depending on your wife if your wife is voluntarily residing there we cannot do anything however if she is made to reside there you can register case against your in laws however even after registration of case your wife tells that she is residing with her will only nothing can be done you have to excercise your civil right

hi you could file notice tk your wife for restitution of conjugal rights to come back to the marital life and if shr is not listening then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights as she haf voluntarlily left the home
