Legal action against my parents for abuse and mental harassment

I am mentally abused by parents for dating Muslim man and proceeding with marriage decision. They forcefully broke my marriage and forced me to abort my child. I want to move and take legal action against them but i am not sure if it will work as police says that its family issue and i don’t see any scope of help. I really have fear of my life and well being with them. I am 25 years self earning woman but they are threatening me to destroy my life if i go against them. I want to move out & liv

Well, if your Parents have pressured you to abort your child and under their pressure, you aborted the child, then, you can file a Police Complaint and I can try to get that Complaint lodged into FIR by applying concerned sections of the IPC, 1860.
