Laws for guardianship for a major girl

I have daughter but not born to me. She is my aunt’s son’s daughter. She always hates her family and tends to love me as a father . But the big problem is i and her Have an year difference in age. If there is any guardianship act for this . Me and her are ready to do it. Like im the father and she is the faughter . I know the society wont believe it . But their parents cannot seperate her from me if this happens. Her age is 23 and for me is 24. Their parents are not letting her talk to me and see me. If theres anyway i can get the guardianship or anyother law that can bring my daughter back to me. Please tell mee
According to this issue being a major her consent is more important. if she willing to act you as a legal guardianer to her, u may file civil suit regarding this in appropriate court and seek remedy.
