If you are getting unnecessary harassment from your partner and in-laws then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to stay with him/her then you can go for section 9 HMA and if the situation is unsecure for you then you can also file for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

There are several ways out of this situation. You need to have a consultation and discuss the matter on call or in person sharing all the relevant information. From which state do you belong? What is the current situation? Please share the details of the matter.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult situation. It's important to seek help and support when dealing with abuse or mistreatment. Here are a few steps you can consider: 1. Reach out to a trusted friend or family member: Share your situation with someone you trust and who can provide emotional support. They may also be able to help you explore options or provide guidance. 2. Contact helplines and support organizations: Look for helplines or organizations in your country that specialize in domestic abuse or women's rights. They can offer advice, resources, and support tailored to your specific situation. 3. Consult a professional: Consider seeking guidance from a counselor, therapist, or social worker who can help you navigate your situation and provide you with strategies to cope with the mental torture you're experiencing. 4. Legal assistance: If you feel your rights are being violated or if you're being subjected to abuse, consult a lawyer or legal aid organization to understand your legal options. They can guide you on how to protect yourself legally. 5. Develop a support network: Connect with support groups or communities that focus on empowering women or individuals who have experienced similar situations. Sharing your experiences with others who understand can be both validating and comforting. Remember, your well-being and safety should always be a priority. If you're in immediate danger or fear for your safety, don't hesitate to contact local law enforcement authorities.
