Just for the sake of property my 89 year old mother is harassing me very much. She has given away her monies to her choice of persons. Now she wants to deprive me of my father's land and house. I have no one in my family. Can I file a case of domestic violence against her for all the economic, physical, emotional abuse?

Dear Madam, If that property was self acquired property of your father then your mother is entitled for only a share along with her children. You are entitle for equal share and you can file a suit for partition and get cancelled if your mother executed any Gift Deed like that in favour of any other family member. Further, you can file Domestic Violence case against her.
