I’ve been living away from my parents,brothers and their family for last 25 years. Had to leave house because I didn’t ask for dowry from my wife. Anyways , i made it on my own ( i didnt recieve any parental property or even a single penny, lived off on rent for a long long time) and now after 25 yrs she has registered a case that her all sons beat and abuse her, i haven't stepped in that house for decades. I went to court for the hearing still , as i got a notice from court , it said to all three sons are to pay her 5,000₹ monthly and keep her in my home where my wife n kid live for 6 months in turn , please i need help.

You first of all have to get the proceedings of the court stayed as u are dragged in court proceedings without any reason. It is necessary to prove that since last 25 years u were not living with them and has not got a penny from ur parental property. Get the order sheets of the proceedings and approach High court for further relief.
