It's a family matter...where can I complain against him..suggest ...my son not live with me....my mom gv this house....police also not helping me...my son saying he will come with lawyer and police and put me to jail

That’s just baseless…he can’t just put you behind bars for anything that you have not committed. You need to write a complaint in writing and address it to the higher authorities of the police station of your area. And if you wish to go legal then file a petition under section 156(3). Hi In case the property is your own self acquired property. You are free to either keep it with yourself or dispose it. No one case force you for the same.
