It's 4 years since I have got married, after marriage I took a house for lease with my hard earned money which is about 5.5 Lakhs , and even I have took deed in my wife's name due to my mother in law enforcement, and my wife is working she earns 50k per month and she pays everything to her family not even spends even a rupee to my kid, I was very supportive to her and was a good husband to her but still she needs only money from me I have paid her monthly for household needs due to her demand , I'm earning 30k per month , I have got an opportunity to go abroad for masters when I approach for study loan they asked my co applicant (spouse) but she is saying that I won't trust you and you are not fit for me , so then I asked my lease money back for supporting my education still she is saying that she will never give that and planning to give it to her mother not even my kid, they cheated me, i need to file a criminal case against them for taking my money without my consent.
