Issue With Husband Regarding Alcohal

My husband loves to drink alcohol occasionally... he keeps some alcohol variety at home. But I may against this alcohol. I do not want that my husband drink alcohol. And also keep the alcohol at home. He usually invite his colleagues n friends for drink alcohol but I may totally against it. So may I know that is there any law which is helpful for me so that I will stop my husband to do these things? He never listen to me and always do what he wanted to do. And he secretly bring alcohol to home........plz suggest me so that I can stop him to do so . Thanks
Dear Madam,
Keeping more than certain limit (say 2 liters) in home is an offences under Exercise Act. You may approach exercise people and work out to teach a lesson mildly to your husband. Otherwise get issue a legal notice to your husband by some third person saying that he would lodge a complaint as your husband storing liquor in the house.

Hi if u want you can file a case against Domestic Violence Act and there is no particular law which prohibits your husband from drinking and it is up to you how can controle your husband from drinking.
