Issue related to husband wife and daughter

My husband left me and my daughter 3 years back , ours s arranged marriage but his parents don't like me so they brain washed my husband and made me to go out of the house , three years passed they don't come to c even my child also, my kid s asking for father she s growing, but he listens to his father more they dont want me to stay wit my husband, im now in my parents home plz suggest me how to approach my husband and make him take care of my kid

You have to file multiple cases against your husband and his parents to bring them under control. All Indian laws are in favour of married women. If you do not file any case then you have to stay permanently in your parents house without any source of income from the side of your husband.
