Issuance of varisan certificate to class 2 legal heirs

Sir / Mam nI would like to get a suggestion regarding issuance of varisan certificate for class 2 legal heirs ( married sister's whose unmarried brother was dead ) under hindu succession act. Who will issue this certificate in uttar pradesh.

on the above mentioned query please clarify your reason, for which the legal heirs certified required. for monetary reason, above 5000/- civil judge has the jurisdiction for issue legal heirs certificate. under 5000/- district magistrate has the power for issue the said certificate.
