आप सिर्फ इस आधार पर कि वह अपने परिवार जनों से आप लोगों के बारे में गलत बातें करती है, आप कोई कार्यवाही उसके विरुद्ध नहीं कर सकतें हैं।
आप चाहें तो संबंधित थाने पर या एस पी को इस बात की लिखित सूचना अवश्य दे सकते हैं कि वह आप लोगों से बे-वजह झगड़ा करती है और झूठे मुकदमे में फसाने की धमकी देती है।

There is no such shield which can protect you from any person not to lodge case against you. But certainly if you want to protect yourself and your family from any unseen problem lowering down your image in society, you should write the things to the higher authorities. In alternate, you can file an appropriate case before family court mentioning all the facts in detail. Which may help you, in future, if any false case is lodged against you. But be assured that if any case is lodged against you in future you have to fight the same on its own merit. But surely the aforesaid steps can be a defence for you.
