Is there a court process to follow to carry out living in relationship

 i have some question over this topic please help me out the questions are below 1. is there any court process for a livin relationship if any please describe the steps 2. if couple is in relationship and at that time of relation they not satisfy with their current life what is the process to break up . thanks for your help . with regards

There is no any special law with regard to livin relationship, but I India it also not bar. They personau live together with each other with their wish and consent, and anytime if they feel now they don't having chemistry then immediate they should start to live separately.... There is no court process for the recognition of live-in relationship. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in {Velusammy vs Patchaimal and Indra Sarma vs VKV sarma] has laid down certain guidelines about the relationships which will be recognised as live-in relationship and the conditions required to be satisfied for the same. The aforesaid judgments will solve your all the queries.

First of all a live in relationship is a relationship of mutual consent and not bound by any contractual obligations like in the case of marriage. Secondly the process of being in a live in relationship is simple. Get a common house and start living. Thats it. Rest try to be a bit careful as there are many skeptics of live in relationship and might try to give you a hard time. Also regarding the break up also there is no process. Just like a normal breakup you go your separate ways. Hope i helped.
