Is Lawyer still need to Absent petition ?Even though I have 205 CRPC

Hi Wife filed DVC case in Lower court(Nirmal)
I have to travel from Andhra to Nirmal, as it is far distance, I would like to file Sec CRPC 205 petition to attend when only there is an truly important.
In between is the lawyer still need to apply Absent petition on every hearing ?
I suggest you to appoint a lawyer at the place where DVC is pending. so that you need not rush to that court at all times. secondly absent petition and all depends on the officer of the court where the case is pending .
