is krepa marriage is legal at that thime , if any women doing harassment behalf of law then what do men in favour of him. is possible that bigammy and maintenance case 124 together applicable a person.
I have not come across this term "Krepa marriage". You need to clarify what it is. If woman harasses a man she is also guilty of cruelty and remedy is available in law to the men as well. Bigamy and maintenance both cases can be filed together depending on the facts of the case.

Your question is not clear sir, but if you are falsely implicated on any case by your wife then first you should contest the case by way of putting all evidence in your favour and to defend yourself....
