Is jewellery from boy side is streedhan

If wife wants divorce from me .. still asking for all jewels given from my side .. even after divorce all the jewels is her streedhan ??

No…Stridhan is just the things which she bought from her father’s house and not the things that you have given to her at the time of marriage. And not all the jewellery belongs to the wife alone. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Streedhan includes gifts ornaments cash etc recieved from her parents as well as gifts ornaments cash etc given by the in laws And for further clarification i need to know so that whatever was given were actually gifts etc or were they just for usage and not a regular gift ornament etc

Yes all the jewels given to her by your family or anyone in the world during her marriage as gift will be consider her property n not yours ..if u won’t give then ipc 406 shall be attracted on you …kindly b in touch to understand the legalities
